3. Run through and add last minute items to Presentation

4. Setup Zoom meeting and Turn on Recording

5. Pray Rosary begins at 6:00 pm

6. Socializing, Dinner begins at 6:30 pm

7. Council meeting start at 7:00 pm

8. Record meeting on Zoom

9. Take pics of family and Knight of the month

10. Take pics of award winners

11. Stop Recording and Send out recording to Recorder/Google Drive

12. Close / Cleanup
