What began as "a little golf outing" has grown into a meaningful tradition that honors those who have served our country while raising funds for Veteran-focused organizations.

One of the most important goals of this tournament remains unchanged: every Veteran who participates should be able to play for free.

Last year, generous sponsors helped make that vision a reality while the tournament raised more than $20,000 for the Georgia Purple Heart Association and the Georgia Veterans Day Association. Despite cold temperatures, wind, and even snow, Veterans and supporters came together for a memorable day that demonstrated the very best of our community.

In this special year marking America's 250th anniversary, we can think of no better way to honor our nation's history than by honoring the people who helped defend it.
