Where: St. Brendan's Social HallWhen: Before and After 7AM, 9AM and 11AM Masses What: Help Needed for Breakfast with St. Nick

6:30 AM (At least 10 Knights)

• Setup social hall, Bring all equipment from conex for cooking

• Under tent pancake and French toast cooks

• Kitchen oven cooks for sausage

• Prep batter for pancakes and French toast

7:30 AM (At least 6Knights)

• Serving line servers

• Dining table cleaners

11:00 AM (At least 5 Knights)

• Start any cleanup 

• Final cleanup after last person served
