Along with the recognition workflow, i want to automatically fill out the church form to be sent to the communications director for St Brendan to request a bulleting announcement for the KOM and FOM.

Communication Committee Admin Comments

This is completed, it sends an email to Shannon the communications director at St Brendan just like the form is filled out. You have the opportunity to confirm or cancel after you submit the KOM or FOM. It does work with FOY and KOY but was not specially designed for this. Uses mailgun as the email sender.
