Issue/Suggestion/Idea Detail & Comments

Create a page to link all the programs, with an admin page to allow program directors to update the completed programs so council can see progress of points through the fraternal year.

Communication Committee Admin Comments

I have this completed. I have created the public page that shows the status of each pillar along with an overall total. I have created the admin page that allows the directors to update the status of each activity. When it is completed it sends a reminder email to the program lead to complete the necessary forms. It has a link to the forms. All the programs are listed in the database, the program status is used to determine whether it shows on the public page or not. Choice are Scheduled, Active, Inactive and Optional. If Scheduled is picked a date calendar will appear and be required to pick a date, on that date it will be published and show up on the public page. Optional and Inactive will not be included in the point calculations. Optional is what is in the spreadsheet not boldfaced. Active is boldfaced, points are only calculated on Active status. Committed points are based on Active in Program state. Obtained points are based on the status field being marked complete or the percentage set to 100. Access to the Admin Faith In Action page is only provided to the program director and leads. If there is a separate owner for the activity it shows who they are, but all notifications go to the program leads. Right now all automation only sends out emails based on triggered statuses. If you want it to fill out forms, I will need access to the officer online page, so it can login and fill out the forms. But there will always be a human involved to review and submit the forms. I will show you how to use this in the next Officer meeting. Admin Page(you might not have access yet) Public page
